MAXIMO

I've made a lot of people worry, including my mother who should be enjoying the Virgin Islands and not calling me from her cellphone. I've also gone and made a lot of people Google "cerebral palsy" to see what lies ahead for Maximo. I was a little rattled after the doctor's office, so my post may not have been that clear and a little negative. Maximo does not show signs of cerebral palsy. We asked the doctor for the "worse case scenerio" for the cysts in his brain. That was it. The doctor also stated that we would probably be seeing some abnormalities, and since his check-ups are staying positive, we're going to stay positive. He's eating well and is getting stronger. His neck is stronger too! When he's angry or when I'm burping him, he lifts his head and holds it on his own for a few seconds.
Well, he's almost two months old, we can't believe it! His due date is right around the corner... ha! As far as his doctor's visits go, he has a check-up and his first vaccination on Halloween.
