Another good day! Max stayed off oxygen all day again. He gained 15 grams yesterday, so Dr. Zegarra said that we should withhold two gavage feedings today, which we did at noon and 6:00 pm. He ate like a champ, so hopefully it was enough to miss his 40 cc tube feedings and continue to gain weight. Maximo looks stronger, more alert and is starting to let us all know when he's unhappy about something. I hope we continue to have good days and he gets stronger and stronger!
